The Oak Lodge Care Journey
Our Caring Staff
Your first touch-point with Oak Lodge will be our qualified, experienced care staff. They will help guide you through the process of selecting a care package, explaining what can be delivered and how it will work. As part of this process we'll carry out a full assessment to identify any unique needs and how we can meet them.
We're happy to talk things over by phone and, when you're ready, we'd love to welcome you into our home to look around for yourselves.
Continuing Care and Support
Once your family member has arrived at Oak Lodge, our work is only just beginning!
We try to make sure every resident is happy, safe and fulfilled - our caring staff will continue to make sure the care we provide is just right, even as care needs change over time. We know that some of our residents need extra care and support and for those we'll keep in touch with families so they know about the continuing health of their loved one.
